Things To Do

If you're traveling from out of town, we hope you can stay awhile to experience some of southern Colorado! When traveling to the mountains or up Pikes Peak, please check the altitude before you go and stay hydrated.

Visit our big moments...

Where we got engaged:

Lake Pueblo State Park (on the shore of Boggs Creek Cove)

Where we got legally married:

Siamese Twins (Garden of the Gods rock formation with view of Pikes Peak)

 

Other things to do in/near Pueblo​

Pueblo Riverwalk: great for antiquing, shopping, and dining.

⭐️Waterworks Park: free and located near City Park; here are raft/tube rentals.

The Rides at City Park: open evenings and geared towards children.

⭐️Royal Gorge: America's Highest Suspension Bridge. Fee required, optional rides.

Find fresh produce (including Pueblo green chilis) at Milberger Farms.

Other things to do in/near Colorado Springs​

Manitou Springs: a small, quaint mountain town with sightseeing, shopping, & dining. You can keep driving towards Woodland Park for beautiful mountain views. Home to the road up Pikes  Peak, Cog Railway up Pikes Peak, Manitou Incline, ⭐️Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and Santa's Workshop

US Olympic and Paralympic Museum

Cave of the Winds Mountain Park​

Cripple Creek: a historic mining town, now with mountain gambling. A beautiful ride through the mountains. 

⭐️Rocky Mountain National Park
